They were kind and overall it was good, but for the first surgery they didn't take a CT scan, so I was disappointed ㅜ Without CT images, it was harder to talk specifically about things like the septum than at places that had CT images, so that part was a bit disappointing. Since you have to open it up to see whether the septum or rib cartilage will be used, ㅜ But the director was straightforward and kind, thought things through with me, and said that things that didn't need to be done didn't need to be done. The manager was also so kind, like an older cousin, so that was nice. I put down a deposit and set a surgery date,,,
