The doctor was extremely kind. He explained things in an easy-to-understand way, breaking down the professional knowledge so I could understand it well. The consultation time was also long, which suited me because I wanted detailed explanations. He also told me up front to feel free to ask about anything I was curious about, which I appreciated. The managers were all kind too.
