I had my surgery in January this year too and have been living well and feeling satisfied. The director was kind, and the manager also stayed in touch well, which was good. It came out in the nose shape I wanted. On the surgery day, the previous surgery ran late, so I waited an hour. After the surgery, they showed me the full CCTV footage, which I thought was nice.
