The hospital atmosphere was nice, and the manager tried to keep things from feeling awkward because I was very shy at first. Because of that, I couldn't really speak at the beginning, but when I went to consult with the director, I was able to clearly explain the kind of eyes I wanted and how I wanted them to look. That was thanks to the manager warming me up well! The director also must have had a hard time listening because I spoke in a very small voice at first, but they listened to me until the end and designed the eye line to match what I wanted, so I was very grateful!
