I brought quite a lot of questions.. because the image I wanted and the style I liked were so fixed and clear, I kept emphasizing that. But the doctor answered kindly, and he greeted me with a smile, so I felt good. However, since it was my first nose consultation, even though I usually smile a lot, my expression stiffened up and I was kind of awkward, and I was really nervous. What was disappointing was that I had something I wanted to ask about facial contouring, but I couldn't ask, and I was so upset about that,, I also wanted to ask about a nose that would suit my facial contouring.. anyway.. before the consultation, I got a CT scan. They checked my septum with that and talked about how big it was.. so they explained that surgery would probably be done in this way. I didn't really feel like they were being conservative.. and I could feel that they were trying to match my needs as much as possible, so I'm thinking about going back for a second consultation in November. And whether it would be possible without using costal cartilage.
