I went on a weekend, so the waiting time was a bit long; I think I waited around an hour and a half. However, the consultation with the director was kind, and they looked at everything carefully, explaining things in a way that made them easy to understand, which I liked. The price came out a bit expensive, but it seemed acceptable, though I did worry a little because they said they might use rib cartilage.
