This was my first hospital visit for eye surgery. Right after I got there, I had a consultation with the director, and he honestly told me which parts of my eyes didn’t really need anything done now or could have negative effects. For the slight ptosis I had, he said that anyway, as I get older, the skin around my eyes will droop downward and the double eyelid line will come down, so I shouldn’t have surgery, and so on. He recommended not having surgery whenever possible. I was impressed by how conscientious he was.
