They kept calling before I came in for the consultation appointment to check whether I was really coming in that morning. Then while I was on the way, they called and said the surgery was delayed, so there would be a 2-3 hour wait. I had another schedule later and was stuck in the middle of the road, so I had no choice but to cancel. They didn’t say even one word of apology, and the fact that the surgery time suddenly got pushed back by 2-3 hours felt off, so I don’t plan to visit again.
