The surgery floor and the consultation/reception floor were separated. I went in with high expectations after seeing reviews saying they explain things in detail during consultations. Dr. Gwak was careful in setting multiple lines and telling me which one suited me best, which was good, but the explanation of the surgical method was only the name, without more specific detail. Even though my eyes seem suitable for buried sutures, there wasn't enough explanation for why partial incision was recommended, so I didn't feel confident about leaving the surgery to them.
