Even though it was a weekday afternoon, there were lots of people, and the age range and genders were varied. The consultation went in the order of 3D CT - director - coordinator, and it took a total of 90 minutes. There was some waiting, but compared with places where you have to see the coordinator twice, it was more efficient and I could focus more on the director's consultation. The director's consultation took about 30 minutes. They consulted with me while looking at the CT and before/after photos, and drew on the CT screen to explain things in an easy-to-understand way. There was no condescending attitude, and I felt they were very good at empathizing. In my case, I had unfavorable conditions for surgery, so they did not recommend it, but even so, when I showed my willingness to proceed, they thought together with me about another direction that could make it work, which touched me. As they said, I plan to think it over 충분히 and decide. The coordinator was kind, didn't pressure me to make a reservation, and there was no sales push.
