I went in for a consultation about alar lifting, but they said it wouldn't be effective and that it would make my philtrum look longer, so they recommended lowering the columella and I had that done. The director seemed very knowledgeable. Other plastic surgeons in my province couldn't solve it, but here they did, and I was satisfied. As expected, Seoul is different.. It didn't come down quite as much as I wanted, but it seems to have come down about 60-70%. My face looks much more natural now, instead of having that cut-open columella look. They were even kinder after the surgery.
