I liked that they clearly told me what could be done and what couldn't. They also seemed confident, and it looked like they were good at both glamorous noses and natural noses depending on the patient's request. It was one of the final two hospitals I considered until the end, but I was reluctant to use donor rib cartilage for my first surgery, so I ended up going to another hospital. If not for that, I think I would have done it here.
