This was the hospital I put at the top of my surgery list after reading reviews before my consultation. The lines were all identical like they were copy-pasted, and personally, the nose line I preferred at the time was exactly that line, so I was drawn to it because the director seemed like someone who could consistently create that line. For one thing, the director seemed busy, but I didn't feel like the consultation was careless. It just felt like the usual kind of rushed consultation you get from a famous and popular doctor. I didn't think that was bad, so that part was fine. But the problems with my nose that I had in mind matched what other hospitals said, while only this director pointed to a different issue, so I passedㅠ For example, if the issue with my nose and the direction for improvement was the tip, they would say the bridge was the problem.. And when I heard that a no-implant option was possible, but the no-implant first surgery would be over 8 million won while adding silicone brought it down into the 6 million range, I immediately lost interest. If silicone is necessary for my nose to become the nose I want, okay. But if it can also be done without an implant, and it would come out a bit cleaner with silicone, yet the no-implant option is over 8 million because there is no review-event discount while adding silicone lowers it to the 6 million range with the review-event applied? From a patient's perspective, that felt like steering me toward putting in silicone I didn't really need, so the doctor could save time and operate more easily, while the patient gets a lower price but the risk of silicone. That didn't sit right with me. For reference, other hospitals said the same thing, but the price difference from having silicone or not was not close to 2 million won, so I didn't take that negatively. I don't actually think silicone itself is bad. But from a patient's point of view, of course people would rather not put in an implant than put one in, so it felt like a problem with the hospital's trustworthiness, as if they were pushing implants + also the part where the surgery direction I had in mind was different from the one the director suggested. This is my subjective consultation impression, and if I had a nose that needed silicone and tip elevation, and I liked this hospital's exact line, then I think it could be a good hospital.
