I visited on Saturday, and probably because of surgery, I ended up waiting about an hour longer than my appointment time. They said they do posterior-lateral canthoplasty with conjunctival fixation. They said they would make it as natural as possible. This clinic gets mentioned often in the community and advertises a lot, so I came for a consultation, but I don't think I would get surgery here.
