I had surgery at the end of June, and two months have passed. To cut to the chase: the surgery went well. I'm satisfied. It was my first time doing any cosmetic procedure, and I really didn't know anything, so I visited a lot of clinics. The reason I ultimately chose this place was that, in terms of price, doctor consultation, hospital system, reviews, and everything else, there wasn't really anything that bothered me overall. I felt like if I had surgery here, I probably wouldn't fail. (At other clinics, the doctor's experience was said to be too short, or the manager wasn't great, or there were several reviews that just didn't feel right. Here, there wasn't anything that really made me fall in love with it, but there was also nothing that bothered me.) I did wonder if Director Lee was on the younger side, so maybe his experience was a little short... but the result came out well, so whatever.. Since it's not another kind of surgery, I feel like double eyelid surgery is basically the minimum for a plastic surgeon these days, so as long as they are decent, they probably all do it well. I think the director is someone specialized in a very natural style. I wanted something subtle, like Kazuha or Arin-style thin in-line to in-out double eyelids, rather than something flashy, and it felt like he specialized exactly in that kind of eye. Looking at reviews too, it seems like he does that kind of eye a lot. (Oh, it seems like he does nose surgery almost as much as eye surgery, but I don't know about noses.) I had both epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty together, so more than the double eyelids, I was more worried that the eye widening itself might make my eyes look fierce or leave scars. He widened them just enough to solve my complex without going overboard. When I said right before surgery that I was worried about scars, I think he said he would hide them as much as possible so they wouldn't be very visible. But with canthoplasty, a tiny scar inevitably does remain near the front of the eye ㅋㅋ ㅠ Still, makeup can cover it, and others really don't notice it, so it honestly doesn't bother me much... Because it's a large hospital, it does have that typical factory-like feeling. You can choose the surgery date yourself, but not the exact time. (Because the schedule changes, they confirm it at the hospital the morning before surgery and let you know. Still, it seems like they try to reflect your preference as much as possible, but since I'm from outside the area, that part was a little inconvenient.) Also, the manager in charge of me was very good, but the other managers and staff, including the desk staff, felt a bit chaotic and not very professional ㅠ The wait was long and the space was small for the number of people ㅋㅋ ㅎㅎ When I went for the pre-op consultation, I even waited up to two hours...;; ㅠ What else was there.. Since it's a large hospital, the system was pretty well set up, they showed live CCTV on an iPad, and the aftercare seemed good too. I heard a lot of hospitals treat patients who already paid and finished surgery as an afterthought, but fortunately when I asked the manager about symptoms after surgery, she answered kindly, and when I went for my one-month follow-up, the director told me to come back at three months if I had any questions, and said he would see me again then too and even set up the schedule first. Anyway, because I pursued a natural look, the surgery was done well without looking too obvious. More than my own satisfaction, the reactions from people around me were better, so I think it was a successful surgery. After the surgery went well, I have no reason to come into cosmetic communities like this, and I'm not paid to write this, so I don't usually leave reviews anywhere. But I remembered that before my surgery there weren't many real reviews for Director Lee Seung-chan's eye surgery, and I was extremely worried, so for the sake of people who are deciding, I'm writing a long, honest review for the first and last time.. Even if you go to the same doctor, not everyone can get a successful result, and just because it worked well for me doesn't mean it will be the same for others. Everyone has different styles and needs, so I think it's best to research carefully before getting it done. People getting revision surgery should be even more careful..!!
