I spent a lot of time researching on my own and visited several hospitals for consultations because of a revision surgery. I remember this was the only one with an ENT specialist. I came after being misdiagnosed with a perforation at another hospital, and they really looked at it accurately and explained it well. They also honestly told me that I could just keep living with it. The consultation focused more on function than aesthetics, and they told me accurate things, even things I hadn’t considered.. I don’t have surgery plans yet, but if this happens again, I’d like to get another consultation. It was honest and accurate, and they seemed to see me as a patient rather than just money.
