The hospital had recently been remodeled, so it was very clean and had an overall calm atmosphere. The consultation started right away with almost no waiting. I first met the director, and he was kind and meticulous in his explanation. He drew several different lines for comparison, and when it came to the surgical method, he recommended partial incision, so it wasn't the buried-suture method I had expected, but he explained well why an incision was needed (eyelid sagging, improving fine wrinkles). The manager was also kind and didn't push me to book at all. I was worried about bruising and swelling from partial incision, but they said it would mostly subside in about a week.
