The doctor was kind and answered my questions well. They told me when something wasn’t possible and explained the reasons for the surgeries they recommended, which I liked. The info staff were just normal staff, neither especially kind nor rude, and the director had a similar vibe. I liked that there was no pressure to book on the same day!
