The director's own opinion is extremely clear. I visited because I was curious about the most conservative opinion on how much improvement would be possible for a droopy tip + bulbous nose. They said it wouldn’t improve, and if I really wanted to do something, only raising the columella would be possible. But the explanation and consultation were over in 3 minutes, so the consultation fee felt like a complete waste.
