I saw it on YouTube and managed to book after almost a ticketing war... (I called several times). Of the places I visited, this was the one that explained things most convincingly. They explained step by step what was going on with my eyes and why which surgery was needed, and kept checking whether I understood. They seemed busy, but they kindly kept asking if I had any questions until the end, so I could ask more than I did in consultations at other hospitals.
