While consulting, they explained the changes after surgery directly, so I could picture it in my head. They also showed me the implants in person and let me compare the differences in feel, which made it easy to understand. What was especially impressive was that they explained aftercare in advance too. It wasn't just about doing the surgery and that's it; they specifically told me how they would manage recovery, so I felt reassured. By the time I left after the consultation, my mind was already leaning toward it. The only downside is that it's hard to get a Saturday consultation appointment.
