If there are a lot of patients, a 30-minute wait is the bare minimum. I saw on Naver reviews that some people waited 4 hours. Anyway, I went in because the doctor seemed skilled and, from YouTube, looked impressive and kind. For me, when I get a consultation, it’s important how meticulously the director looks at my face and how kind they are. You could say skill is all that matters, but blunt honesty and being rude are different, right? But why is the director's personality like this? He speaks so damn rudely. I’ve seen desk staff being unfriendly before, but the director here has the worst character. I came out after the consultation feeling completely awful. I don’t even understand why he’s picking a fight with patients who came for a consultation; He speaks so harshly that it throws you off, but if you go for a consultation, just talk back the same way. Anyway, I was told I don’t need this person, so I’m never going again lol Feels like he’s only nice to the strong and rude to the weak.
