I had been looking into nose surgery for about 3 years. (In between, I wasn’t researching it and was just worrying about it.) So I had known about this place for a while, and a friend of mine had also gone for a consultation here and said they liked it, so I went too. When I explained the direction I wanted for the surgery, they said it was possible, but also clearly pointed out the limitations of that part, which I liked.
