I'm not sure if they were especially kind, but they do explain things clearly. They tell you what can and can't be done. They don't seem to push extra procedures. The chief coordinator was just so-so too, so I don't really have anything else to say. A friend did it here after shopping around, and it turned out well, so I kind of want to do it too !
