He said that if you over-resect, you can get Indian wrinkles and actually look flatter, which is why a lot of people need revision surgery. He said he likes a face that is narrow in width but broad from front to back, so that’s the kind of shape he makes. He aims to leave a natural 45-degree angle and pursues a natural look that fits the face. He said the cheekbones are enough for now, and that the forehead and chin could be done later to look pretty, but for now I should only do the cheekbones. I got a proper consultation, and there was no package-dealing or pushing. When I said another hospital told me it could be reduced that much, he said he wouldn’t reduce it that much and that cutting that much would probably not produce a good result. I trust him, but I also want to shave it down more ㅠ Still, from the reviews, the before-and-after is clear and pretty. I could see why there are so many good reviews for Taco.
