They were professional and kind, but it was a consultation focused on somewhat forceful explanations, and they kept asking questions and repeatedly checking things. But when I asked questions, they said I was breaking the flow and interrupting them, as if they had to get through everything they had prepared, so they seemed to want to take as few questions as possible. They only said that they answer questions well in depth, but when I asked again about something they had already said, they embarrassed me for forgetting it and it hurt. It felt like their own thoughts mattered more than mine, and it was a bit scary. The manager was just okay too .. the hospital atmosphere itself was stiff, so it felt burdensome.
