I went in for my first double-eyelid surgery with no particular plan, so maybe because I had no clear preference, they just handled it well for me and I was satisfied. I don't think about revision surgery yet. I went with my parents, so they explained everything very carefully, and they recommended doing upper canthoplasty together with inner canthoplasty, so I did that too, and I'm satisfied with that as well.
