I clearly booked a consultation with Director Heo over the phone and was told the consultation fee, but when I got there they said he only does noses and that they'd connect me with another director. But I still paid the consultation fee. The consultation itself was explained in detail by the director. I heard good explanations about the surgery method and possible side effects.
