I saw a video on the hospital's YouTube channel that felt like it was about me, so I watched that and went in for a consultation. Right before the consultation they were in surgery, and seeing patients keep coming in made me think the hospital must be doing well. My consultation with the manager was short, basically just asking what I wanted to do. After that they took a photo of my face, and the director explained things in detail while looking at the photo with me on a monitor. In the end they did not recommend surgery for me, so I only had the consultation. (The quoted estimate cost was just something I wrote down; I do not know the actual price.)
