I felt like the doctor would do a good job with the surgery, but I ended up doing it somewhere else because of the manager. I saw reviews saying the manager was kind, so maybe there are multiple managers. I consulted with Director Jo, and after seeing the director I wanted to have surgery here, but after another consultation with the manager after the director’s consultation, I decided not to do it here. The director consulted with me professionally.
