The consultation for the nose surgery was really well done!!! They understood what I wanted very well and explained things to me, and the direction of the surgery I wanted matched what they were saying in the consultation, so I decided to have the surgery here! The consultation manager... wasn't uncomfortable, but I didn't get an especially great feeling either.
