I went to Sightline for a consultation because my outer canthus surgery was a total disaster and I wanted to get it revised. When I looked up reviews before the consultation, this place had the most blog case studies and everything was well organized. The reviews were also decent, and they were famous for doing revision surgery together with canthoplasty. When I visited the hospital, there were so many patients that I thought, wow, this private clinic is really popular. During the consultation, I said I wanted to make the outer corner shape sharp like a > shape, and I didn’t want the eye size to decrease much. But just like in the blog photos, they recommended outer canthoplasty revision + lower canthoplasty. The director showed me a lot of before-and-after photos, and it was clear that when they did lower canthoplasty revision together, the eye size hardly changed and it looked pretty. They said if revision alone is done, the eye size inevitably gets a little smaller... or so they said...? And they also said there aren’t many hospitals that do canthoplasty together with revision. When I searched for reviews, it really did seem like there weren’t many. I absolutely, absolutely did not want my eye size to get smaller, so I booked surgery at Sightline and came back. I wanted to do it as soon as possible, but there were too many bookings so it got pushed back a bit. But they said they’d call me if there was a cancellation in between, so I’m waiting!
