I had made a weekday reservation and went, but I think I waited about 30 minutes. It was my first surgery and I went after looking into semi-out lines. The director was very kind. And I think he was honest? He honestly told me that even after surgery, my eyes would still be slightly uneven because they were already uneven.. I don't know if that was honesty/humility, or whether it meant he wasn't skilled. In other hospitals, they also said they would do their best to even out the asymmetry. So I'm not really sure. And the manager doesn't seem very good at explaining things. They weren't the type to explain things in advance; it felt like they would answer only if I asked. It's a bit ambiguous ㅠㅠ
