The consultation with the doctor was okay and the reviews were not bad, so it met my initial expectations, but after that, everything else, except for the doctor, was really poor. The basic staff's overall response, kindness, tone, and behavior were all bad. They talk to customers while not looking at them and looking at something else, raise their voices when speaking, or a male employee told a guardian to move to another place because there were many customers, without asking for understanding and without any explanation of the situation. Compared with other clinics, this is the part that really needs more training. No matter how skilled the doctor is, if the staff providing the service bring everything down, well... I think each area should do its own job properly. They are all getting paid to do that, so I write this based on the parts I felt were unfortunate. Dealing with people is hard, and I can understand some standard clinic phrasing, but I do not think that is the way to treat a customer who came spending several hundred thousand won. Would I go again? Would I recommend it? I have my doubts. If you do not think of patients only as money, I hope you improve with a longer-term view. Kindness is part of a clinic's ability and skill. It is what makes you remember that clinic. In fact, the security guard on the first floor was much kinder, smiled more warmly, and even wished me a good day, to the point that it was really noticeable by comparison.
