I was worried before going because the reviews about the head doctor had mixed opinions due to his way of speaking, but I was fine with it. From the reviews, I thought it would feel excessive, but neat and clean, and I liked that. When I actually had the consultation, I felt like it might be a little too much for my face. When I mentioned that kind of thing, he didn’t seem uncomfortable and reflected it well. If I said it several times, he did seem a little annoyed. His expertise seemed good.
