I went at the scheduled appointment time, but they put me in a room and made me wait for over an hour. The staff member who came to fill out my chart was rude. The person who showed up as the consultation manager was rude too. They flat-out said they only use rib cartilage and don’t use any other cartilage. The manager came in and out, and then the doctor was still nowhere to be seen. It felt like they might call you out in the middle even during surgery after squeezing a consultation in hard and making the patient lie down, so I ran away in the middle. I went with one friend who had a botched result, and I’m glad we ran. I went because someone who had surgery there said it turned out well. But the next day I got in touch and asked, and they said they had complications, had to reopen it because of bending, and then got an infection and contracture, so I think I was right to run.
