I went for a consultation. The consultation manager explained everything really calmly and in a comfortable atmosphere. I liked that it didn’t feel like an overdone, plastic-surgery look. My first surgery failed and my nose got much longer. The columella got especially longer, so it looks like an arrow nose. The bridge got cut down, and they said they could use Alloderm to correct the step-off a little. They said if I want to fix the bend, autologous costal cartilage is needed. If I give up on correcting the bend and want to cover it up to keep my original shape, they said it’s possible with ear cartilage and reused septal cartilage. I’m 고민 about it, but I’m a little scared of step-off correction with Alloderm. That was my top choice in my mind, but the doctor instead said that to match the sunken bridge, we should shave down the lower part of the bulging sunken area more? He said it seemed like there was something there, but it’s not like it was filled with anything, so it’s not easy to decide. And they said I have a long columella, but that it’s not that strange and that it looks like Go So-young, and I really hate that ㅠㅠ I’m losing my mind. I keep wondering whether the surgery will really turn out the way I want. They have a reputation for being very good at surgery, so I want to trust them with it, but I’m really torn ㅠㅠ I’m going to look around other places first and, once I narrow it down, I’ll visit again. If they’ll only make it the way I want, I think I’d go there after another consultation.
