I went back for a follow-up consultation after having visited before. Since it was a re-consultation, I took an eye photo, asked a few questions, and that was it, in about 10 minutes. They didn’t push or sell much at all. The consultation manager was the same. And it was easier than expected to set a consultation date. They showed a lot of case photos, including some added since the last time. Since it was a re-consultation, the answers felt a bit rough, and the explanations about the surgery were overall pretty much the same as in the first consultation.
