This was the clinic where I had the most comfortable consultation with the doctor. The consultation with the doctor was calm and honest, but also done with smiles, so I was able to ask the questions I was curious about comfortably, which was nice. After the doctor consultation, the consultation with Director Noh Bo-ram left me feeling unpleasant. Her attitude and tone were even more arrogant and bothered than the doctor’s, which was surprising. I was in a situation where I needed to ask questions and get help through the consultation, but instead of feeling helped, it felt like I was being pressured as if they didn’t want to consult with me, so I didn’t feel very good. I was told there were no same-day reservation discounts or app discounts at all, and that only the hospital website discount was available.
