The hospital looks amazingly stylish, like a hotel lounge. Personally, I trust overly flashy hospitals a little less, so I deducted one star. The staff were all kind, and the doctor also explained things in detail kindly. However, the consultation manager seemed so energetic that if you didn't make a reservation that day, they wouldn't let you go. In the end I put down a deposit and got it refunded later. They handled the refund well.
