The waiting time ended up being longer than expected, but all the staff were kind, which was nice. Getting to see the director felt almost like finding a needle in a haystack, but once the consultation actually starts, they explain things warmly and kindly, like a relative you haven't seen in a long time, while still being professional. They seemed confident about breast surgery. The facility is old, but I think it's the hospital with the highest level of expertise.
