I had a consultation with the chief director. I’ve had consultations at many hospitals, but this was the first place where the surgical materials, method, and my needs all matched what I wanted. The surgeon seems skilled, but because of the marketing I ended up holding back a bit! Other than that, everything looked good, so I put it on my shortlist.
