Because he was honest and direct during the consultation, I actually felt more reassured... like, ah, I should do it. The manager also listened carefully to what I wanted. The surgery cost feels a bit expensive, but I think it is worth it enough. Maybe because I know someone whose nose surgery turned out well here, or maybe just because of the consultation, but I somehow trust them.
