My eyelashes kept poking my eyes, so I looked into hospitals and went for consultations at about 4 places with a friend. Director Noh Kyung-hwan answered my questions and concerns kindly without showing any annoyance. He explained well even the parts I didn't understand, like what causes the eyelashes to poke and what can be improved, which I really liked! The staff were kind too, and the interior facilities and waiting area were clean, which was nice! If you have a case like mine, I recommend going for a consultation!
