And when I asked about a deposit refund, she said things like people who just put money down and ask for refunds keep us from getting any work done, and when I asked about CCTV she tried to make me seem like a really weird person, saying one person has to keep watching next to the guardian the whole time, and that would also be a waste of manpower. I just asked whether I could know from CCTV that I was getting surgery and whether the deposit was nonrefundable, but it made me feel so bad. No matter how good the director is, I don't want surgery at a place where I'm going to keep being treated like this.
