I came in for a consultation because I didn’t like my flat nasal bridge from wearing glasses when I was young, and I was thinking about getting nose surgery! What I wanted was autologous costal cartilage, and unlike other places, they explained how the surgery would be done if I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, which felt like they respected what I wanted, so I liked that. At other places, they had tried to stop me, saying I didn’t need autologous costal cartilage, so I think that made this even more appealing!!
