It's a place famous for back-of-the-ear square-jaw surgery, so I went for a consultation early this year, and the clinic inside felt cozy. The consultation went in the order of consultant -> director -> consultant, and after the CT scan, I briefly talked with the consultant about what surgery I wanted before going in to see the director. The director seemed proud of the surgery and immediately told me what the problem was while touching my face. They kindly answered everything I wanted to know, and the consultant was kind too without pushing surgery on me at all. It was the only clinic that never contacted me about whether I would proceed with surgery. I was recommended cortical bone removal and muscle resection for square-jaw surgery, and they said muscle resection was optional, so I could think it over enough and let them know by the day of surgery. For reference, the price is the same whether the incision is behind the ear or inside the mouth. If I were to have surgery, I think I'd do it here.
