I knew the waiting time at the hospital was extremely long, but I still went thinking I could probably handle up to 2 hours. Then I ended up waiting 1.5 hours longer than my appointment time with no sign of progress, so I just left. I felt like they should at least keep to the appointment time. If that's how it is, what is the point of a reservation system.....
