Hmm.. honestly, I'm not sure. It wasn't easy to actually meet the doctor. Even though I made a reservation and went there, they said I'd have to wait more than an hour, so I already felt tired from the start. Before I could even meet the doctor, I had to talk for a long time with the consultation manager, and what the manager kept saying kept changing, so I had to check several times. That really lowered my trust. The hospital system wasn't efficient and the staff's response wasn't smooth either, which only made me more frustrated. I think the doctor's skill matters just as much as the system and the staff's kindness when choosing a hospital, and when even small details like this are sloppy, I naturally start to question the doctor's skill and responsibility too. So I definitely wouldn't leave an important surgery to a place like this.
