The staff at the info desk weren’t very friendly, but the consultation manager was so kind that I liked it. The manager listened well and understood my needs well. I went in not feeling very sure about the doctor in charge, but they recommended someone, so I had a consultation with Director Kim Tae-seop. He clearly explained what could be done and what couldn’t, and while drawing the line, he systematically explained how the surgery would proceed. The consultation was good.
